Pub Chef Opinion: Internet bookings are the way to go for pubs

It amazes me to see how behind some pubs are. Even in my two-and-a-bit years at the PMA, things have changed a lot. From it being more of a rarity for a pub to have a Facebook page or Twitter account, it’s now unusual to find one without some grasp of social media.
